December 2025

Founder's Note

A Special Year for Black Hat

As we sign off on 2025, it’s clear that this year wasn’t just about doing more - it was about doing things differently. We explored new formats of engagement across digital platforms, podcasts, and media collaborations, opening up fresh ways to connect talents, brands, and audiences beyond the conventional event space.

We also took our first steps towards building a local presence in Australia, a move that allows us to support our clients and talents more seamlessly across geographies. 2025 will always stand out as the year we truly stepped into new spaces, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey - our team members, clients and partners, and our talents.

Here’s to building on this momentum in the year ahead. Watch this space for announcements on new initiatives that will help us add more value.

NEW TALENTS ENGAGED IN 2025

One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is the opportunity to collaborate with fresh talent across diverse genres each year. As we strive to find the perfect fit for our clients' varied briefs, we continuously scout, research and discover new artists across different categories.

In 2025, we booked and engaged 174 new talents across all talent categories, while many more new artists were added to our growing talent pool for future opportunities.

We give you a sneak peek into
some of our work in December 2025 !!

"Anyone can win a client. Very few can keep them"

At Black Hat, we've retained 95% of our clients, with relationships that go back anywhere from 5 to 18 years. That doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of showing up consistently, delivering on what we promise, and genuinely caring about the work we do together.

To all our clients who've stayed with us through the years - thank you for your continued trust.

Radhika Gupta

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hosted its Executive Summit in Mumbai, bringing together CIOs and business leaders for an evening of insights and conversation. The highlight of the event was a panel discussion featuring two accomplished figures from their respective fields.

Mithali Raj, India's former cricket captain and the highest run-scorer in women's international cricket, shared her perspectives on leadership and performance under pressure. With a career spanning nearly two decades at the helm of the national team, Mithali's experiences resonated with the audience of corporate leaders navigating their own competitive environments.

Joining her was Radhika Gupta, MD & CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, one of the youngest CEOs in corporate India and the only female head of a major asset management company. Radhika brought her insights on breaking barriers, building teams, and driving growth in a complex industry.

The panel discussion was moderated by Vikram Sathaye, whose versatile comedy portfolio spanning sports, politics, Bollywood, and life advice kept the conversation engaging and accessible throughout the evening.

HSBC India marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of three new branches across Amritsar, Indore, and Lucknow, each celebration featuring exceptional artistic talent and distinguished guests.

The Amritsar branch launch concluded with the melodious voice of Asees Kaur, the celebrated playback singer whose accolades include two Filmfare Awards and an IIFA Award. Her performance set an uplifting tone for the occasion, resonating with the city's rich cultural heritage.

In Indore, the evening inauguration featured a unique blend of sport and music. Former world no.1 Badminton champion Saina Nehwal graced the event with her presence, while Niladri Kumar performed with his innovative zitar, a fusion of classical sitar traditions with contemporary rock elements that reflected the spirit of modern banking meeting traditional values. The Lucknow celebration was enhanced by the presence of Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, followed by a fusion ensemble by Shujaat Khan, the internationally acclaimed sitar maestro.
