January 2026
We give you a sneak peek into
some of our work in January!
2026 is off to an exciting start! From a high-octane car launch to the intimacy of a private mehndi and the usual buzz of conferences, conclaves and corporate meets, January was a whirlwind of contrasts that we absolutely loved. Here’s a look.
Chennai
Renault Duster's Grand Relaunch
Prabhu Deva
Sivamani
The Bombay Choir
Rannvijay Singha
When a sixteen-voice choir, a maestro of percussion, and a dance legend who revolutionized Indian choreography take the stage, one knows the evening will be unforgettable. This was precisely the atmosphere at Renault India's spectacular Duster relaunch at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai, where over 15,000 people, comprising Renault employees with their families, media, and dealers, witnessed performances that celebrated the spirit of India and the return of an automotive icon. The event was also broadcasted live on YouTube, extending its reach far beyond the stadium.
The evening began with the Bombay Choir setting a patriotic tone with their stirring renditions of Vande Mataram and Lehra Do, their harmonies echoing through the stadium on Republic Day. MC Bhavana Balakrishnan then introduced Rannvijay Singha, who reflected on his journey from MTV Roadies to becoming a voice for communities, drawing parallels between the show's loyal following and the passionate 'Gang of Dusters.'

The night truly came alive when Prabhu Deva, the choreographer and dancer whose signature moves redefined Indian cinema, took center stage. He began with a solo performance that quickly escalated into a full-scale spectacle as his troupe of dancers joined him, bringing the crowd to their feet with classics like Urvashi, Jalwa, Muqabla, and Chikku Bukku, along with regional favorites that had the audience cheering wildly.
The finale featured percussion virtuoso Sivamani, who first accompanied Prabhu Deva's freestyle solo before commanding the stage with his students and an extraordinary ensemble of 85 Chendamelam players. As his dhol rhythms built to a crescendo, the new Duster rolled into view, a perfect symphony of art, culture, and automotive excellence that concluded an evening Chennai won't soon forget.
Bekal
Titan's Leadership Retreat
Ravi Shastri
Azeem Banatwalla
At Titan's annual leadership retreat in Bekal, close to 100 senior leaders came together to discuss 'Reinvigorating the Spirit of Experimentation and Intrapreneurship' - a theme that has always been at the heart of how the company innovates.
The former Indian all-rounder and coach Ravi Shastri, who led India to historic Test series wins in Australia and England, spoke about what it takes to build a team culture where people aren't afraid to make bold calls. He shared stories of how he backed young, untested players, creating an environment where the team felt safe to experiment and take risks. The parallels to intrapreneurship were clear: great leaders give their teams the freedom to try new things without the fear of failure holding them back.
The evening also had Azeem Banatwalla, the stand-up comedian, whose performance brought humor and energy to the retreat, giving leaders a chance to step back, laugh, and return to the serious conversations with fresh perspective. The retreat drove home a simple truth: Titan's best innovations have come from leaders who know how to balance getting things done with giving people room to experiment.

Salesforce Leadership Panel
Amol Muzumdar
Major Vandana Sharma
True leadership isn't just about winning; it’s about how you handle the journey and the pivots along the way. At a recent Salesforce forum in Bangalore, we saw this in action through two extraordinary speakers who have spent decades mastering their fields.
Amol Muzumdar, the coach who led the Indian women's cricket team to their World Cup title, shared a powerful lesson on purpose. What many don't know is that despite scoring over 11,000 first-class runs in domestic cricket, he never played for the national team. But he didn't let unfulfilled dreams stop him, instead, he channeled his deep knowledge of the game into coaching, turning personal setbacks into a win for the next generation.
Major Vandana Sharma, who served in the Indian Army for a decade before transitioning to senior leadership roles at Wipro, GMR, and Myntra, spoke about her experiences in breaking stereotypes and leading with conviction in challenging environments. Her stories from the Kargil War and corporate transformation brought a unique perspective on adaptability and courage.
Both stories remind us that the best leaders are those who take their years of experience and use them to build something bigger than themselves.
