Rajdeep Sardesai

Exclusively managed for events and endorsements

Black Hat Ex'l

As we welcome another exclusive voice to our Black Hat Ex’l vertical, we’re excited to represent Rajdeep Sardesai - a name synonymous with credibility, clarity, and context in Indian journalism.

A Padma Shri awardee, recipient of the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Award, and a record ten-time ‘News Anchor of the Year’, Rajdeep has consistently shaped how India understands its own story.

With over three decades at the center of India’s media and public affairs landscape, he has not just reported on the country’s most defining moments - he has helped decode them.

He began his journey with NDTV at a time when it was emerging as India’s most credible television news platform, going on to become Managing Editor of NDTV 24x7 and NDTV India. As the original host of The Big Fight, he became a defining voice in shaping informed public discourse on national issues and current affairs.

From there, he went on to shape modern television news as the founder of CNN-IBN, and continues to remain a highly influential voice today with India Today - his journey closely mirroring the evolution of Indian journalism itself.

On stage, Rajdeep brings sharp insight and powerful storytelling to help business audiences decode India’s evolving landscape - connecting policy, governance, and public sentiment to real-world business impact, leadership decisions, and strategic thinking.

Talent in Spotlight

The Baithak - A Room, A Raga, A Shared Moment
Before it moved to big stages and auditoriums, Indian classical music was heard in baithaks. In the tradition of Hindustani classical music, these informal gatherings - where the artist sat just a few feet away from the listeners - are still considered one of the most intimate ways to experience a performance.
This month's Talent Spotlight celebrates artists who continue this tradition, creating evenings where music is not just performed, but deeply felt and shared.

Akanksha Grover

The Torchbearer of the Baithak Tradition

If Hindustani music is finding its way back into small rooms and intimate gatherings, Akanksha Grover is one of the artists leading that change. Draped in her signature saree and bindi, she sings ghazals and semi-classical music to small, intimate gatherings where people often walk in as strangers and leave having shared an evening they didn't expect.

She isn’t chasing big stages. Instead, she is creating space for the baithak. Thousands discover her online, and many of them eventually make their way into these intimate gatherings, returning for the experience of listening to music from just a few feet away.

She trains in boxing and sings ghazals, and somehow, the two sit side by side with surprising ease. Neeru Soni is a ghazal and Sufi vocalist who came to music the long way - through life, through motherhood, through starting over at forty. Her philosophy, Swar hi Ishwar hai, is not just something she says, it is something she lives by.

When she performs, the room grows quiet in a very deliberate way, as if the music is asking for your attention. And before you realise it, you’ve given it!

Backstage Siblings

India’s Biggest Jamming Duo

Raghav crunches numbers by day and plays guitar by night. Prachi keeps her playlists as balanced as her portfolio. Together, they are Backstage Siblings, a brother-sister duo from Kolkata who turned years of sibling rivalry into rooms where thousands of people now sing along with them.

Their sessions blur the lines you expect. There is no stage, no distance, no clear divide between performer and listener. Just guitars, voices, and a room that slowly begins to move in the same rhythm. In the spirit of the baithak, their music isn’t something you just listen to, it’s something you become part of.

Infosys Leadership Gathering

Goa
Ravi Shastri & Harmanpreet Kaur in conversation with Mayanti Langer

Cricket became the lens through which leadership, resilience, and teamwork were explored at an exclusive gathering hosted by Infosys in Goa. The session brought together voices from across eras of Indian cricket, offering perspectives that resonated far beyond the boundary ropes.

In conversation with sports presenter Mayanti Langer, former India head coach Ravi Shastri and Indian women’s team captain Harmanpreet Kaur reflected on the evolution of the sport. Drawing from their journeys, they spoke about defining victories, testing defeats, and the mindset required to build teams capable of sustaining excellence under pressure.

The dialogue then moved from the stage to the field with the Infosys Leadership Cricket League. Joining teams for the ceremonial coin toss, the speakers carried the spirit of the discussion into the game itself, transforming leadership lessons into a shared, on-ground experience.

SAP Partner Kick-Off Meet

Goa
Ashutosh Rana
Shalmali Kholgade

Part retreat, part think tank, the SAP Partner Kick-Off Meet in Goa offered partners an opportunity to step away from dashboards and deadlines to reconnect with purpose, perspective, and one another.

The gathering unfolded as a dialogue between intellect and inspiration. Actor and author Ashutosh Rana brought depth to the conversations, reflecting on storytelling, discipline, and the collaborative spirit behind cinema. Drawing parallels with the corporate world, his insights encouraged partners to view leadership and teamwork through a more reflective lens.

Complementing these exchanges was an evening shaped by music and camaraderie. Singer Shalmali Kholgade infused the atmosphere with energy, turning the space into a celebration where conversations gave way to laughter and shared moments on the dance floor.

Sukhmani Yoga

Balancing the dynamism of the meet was a moment of stillness. A guided session by Sukhmani Yoga invited participants to slow down through stretching, breathwork, and meditation, offering a sense of clarity and renewal as the event drew to a close.

These thoughtfully curated moments created an experience that felt both invigorating and grounding, reflecting the spirit of collaboration at the heart of the SAP partner ecosystem.
