Shobha Rana

Shobha Rana is one of India's leading live show hosts, moderator, avid mental health and mindfulness advocates. She has hosted 1800+ successful events across 26 countries over the last 14 years.

A double master's degree in software engineering and a wellness enthusiast she switched gears to pursue her passion of being an orator.

Shobha began her anchoring journey with a show for Doordarshan ‘ROCKZ A Reward for Creative Crazies’ in 2008 and instantly gained recognition as a dynamic host.

She teaches yoga and meditation classes online to individuals and corporations and has conducted wellness & mindfulness sessions with Victoria Care Center, Los Angeles, Associaze NASO SANO, Italy, Max Hospitals, Wipro, Axis Bank, Dr Oatker, and Thomas Cook to name a few.

She promotes mindfulness integrated lifestyle and practical alternative therapies to find well-suited solutions to today's common physical, mental, emotional and psychological wellness-related concerns. Her foundation lies in yoga, spirituality, and mysticism's ancient science and wisdom.

Shobha hosted the ‘3 Idiots’ launch with Aamir Khan and the other star cast members. She has shared the stage with Hollywood superstar Jackie Chan at an Embassy event and has also anchored the IndiaChem 2012 Release in the presence of the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee.

Shobha has been part of some top events and has won many awards and accolades for her work. Shobha was nominated in the ‘Best Emcee’ category, consecutively for two years, at the ‘Live Quotient Awards’.

She has received the most coveted ‘BW Wellbeing 40 under 40’ awards and Asia Today ‘Best Holistic Wellness and Mindfulness Coach’ of the year 2021.

She was also awarded ‘The most inspiring woman of the year’ award in 2022.

She hosted Auto Expo 2014 for Honda and has been associated with global brands like Samsung, Nikon, Aircel, ICICI, Apple India and more.
