About
Founder of India's first macaron store and the bakery chain Le15 Patisserie, Pooja Dhingra is a celebrated pastry chef and an entrepreneur.
Pooja enrolled in a law school before finally quitting and following her true interest in gastronomy. She switched careers to attend a hospitality & management course at the César Ritz School in Le Bouveret, Switzerland, and trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, for a Patisserie Diploma.
Pooja opened her first Le15 Patisserie store in 2010 with the intention of providing Parisian-styled culinary experiences in India, and the brand has now expanded to three stores and a cafe called Le15 Café in South Mumbai.
She is an INK Fellow and hosts an extremely popular podcast called #NoSugarCoat.
Pooja has published six books and her first book The Big Book of Treats won second place at the Gourmand World Cookbook Award. Her other books are The Wholesome Kitchen and the bestselling Can't Believe It's Eggless. She is also the author of Le15 Café Cookbook, Bake At Home, and Coming Home.
Her dedication is apparent in her enviable client list, which includes Bollywood A-listers and celebrities such as Sonam Kapoor, Salman Khan, Masaba Gupta, and even corporate titans such as Ratan Tata.
Pooja is also quite popular on social media and her feeds are visual treats as she communicates and showcases her work regularly with 7.1 million followers on Instagram and 130K followers on Twitter.
