About
Jaipur Beats is a folk-rock and Sufi-fusion Indo-Western band, that specializes in Rajasthani folk and fusion programs.
Jaipur Beats is directed by Farukh Khan, lead singer and sarangi player of the group who comes from a lineage of well-known musicians, dedicated to classical music for the last seven generations.
They participated and became one of the finalists of India’s Got Talent in 2010, garnering a lot of praise & fans around the country.
They also participated in the talent reality show on Star Plus Dil Hai Hindustani in 2017.
The group plays various instruments like morchang,kartal and bhapang along with the fusion of saxophone, tabla, sitar, drums, keyboard, guitar and sarangi.
Jaipur Beats has a passion to introduce not only Rajasthani folk music but also various types of folk music from the state to a multicultural environment that appeals to varied musical tastes.
Jaipur Beats creates a musical illusion with their performances, and they have a vast experience of wedding and corporate events, launch events, and many more.
