Sudhanshu Gaur, popularly known as 'Fankar', is a Singer, songwriter, live performer, music producer, and sound engineer. Despite facing physical challenges with a Deviated Nasal Septum, a condition where breathing through the nose becomes difficult, his determination to pursue music led him to explore various vocal techniques and undergo nasal surgery, significantly enhancing his singing abilities.
Balancing his academic pursuits with his passion, Sudhanshu pursued engineering while honing his musical skills. Following his graduation, he embraced formal training in sound recording and design for films at the esteemed Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. This marked a pivotal moment in his career, as he gained recognition for his projects and found himself propelled into the music scene.
From collaborating with renowned composers like Ram Sampath to contributing to projects for platforms like ‘Filter Copy’, he has showcased his proficiency not only as a singer but also as a sound engineer, music producer, and songwriter. His diverse skill set has enabled him to navigate various facets of the industry with finesse.
His accolades include being selected among the top 20 finalists in YouTube's ‘Indian Music Competition’ and participating in ‘ARRived’ YouTube's inaugural singing reality show.
Sudhanshu has performed at several live events across the country for the past few years, enticing audiences with his music and captivating stage presence.
