Kiku is a comedic genius and film and television actor who is extremely popular for his gimmicks in The Kapil Sharma Show as well as for the characters ‘Bumper’ ‘Santosh’ and ‘Baccha Yadav’, that he plays on the show. He came to prominence and became a household name after his drag act as ‘Palak’ in the show Comedy Nights With Kapil.
He is an established comedian, and T.V. & Film actor who was seen on T.V. shows like ‘F.I.R.’ & ‘Akbar Birbal’. He participated in the T.V. dance reality shows 'Nach Baliye' in 2013 & 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa' in 2014.
He has also acted in some Bollywood films like ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ , ‘Dhamaal’ , ‘Happy New Year’ & ‘Angrezi Medium’ , ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ and many more. For his fantastic voice, Kiku even got the opportunity to dub for the character Leonard's voice from ‘The Angry Birds Movie 2’ (Hindi version).

His official acting debut was with ‘Rock On’, for which he won a second ‘National Award’ for Best Feature Film as producer. He then acted in, produced and wrote the dialogues for the widely acclaimed ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara in 2011′, which won him two Filmfare Awards.
He achieved further success by portraying the role of ‘Milkha Singh‘ in the 2013 film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, earning him the Filmfare Award for the Best Actor.
He is the first male to be appointed as the ‘UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for South Asia’ in 2014.
