A multi-faceted and multi-talented artist, Aparshakti Khurrana, the younger brother of Ayushman Khurrana, has made a name for himself with his brilliant anchoring skills and comic roles in movies such as 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania', 'Stree', 'Luka Chupi', among others.
Charismatic and versatile, he is not just a great anchor but also a radio jockey at the BIG 92.7 FM, as well as a theatre artist and singer.
Aparshakti made his acting debut with the acclaimed film ‘Dangal’ in 2016, a performance which earned him a ‘Most Promising Newcomer’ honour at the Star Screen Awards that year.
Before entering the film industry, he was the captain of the Haryana under-19 cricket team.
Aparshakti is known for his humour and quick wit which led him to be selected as the host of ‘You Have Been Warned’ on Discovery Channel India. He has also hosted several other shows including Star Bharat's ‘Om Shanti Om’ and Sony TV's ‘Super Night with Tubelight’.
He recently made his debut in the digital world with the web series ‘Yo Ke Hua Bro’ co-starring Shamita Shetty and Sumeet Vyas.
In 2019, he debuted as a singer-composer with the hit Punjabi single, ‘Kudiye Ni’, directed by Tahira Kashyap and then went on to release ‘Chaupai Sahib’ and ‘Teri Yaari’.
Aparshakti has hosted a number of prestigious events such as Indian Sports Honours, 2019 & 2021 , IIFA in 2019 & 2022 and has co hosted the Zee Cine Awards 2020 & 2023 along with Ayushmann Khurrana.
A livewire on stage with a great comic sense, Aparshakti brings his years of experience and skills in anchoring making him a preferred choice for live entertainment.
