About
David Lim is one of Asia-Pacific’s best known motivational speakers and team skills experts. He led the landmark 1st Singapore Everest Expedition in 1998 and the second one in 2001.
David has a B.A. in Law from Cambridge University, and a workshop leader with 20 years’ experience delivering 50 solutions annually in motivational, leadership and team skills across 75 cities, and 33 countries so far.
As a mountaineer, The Sunday Times described him as “unstoppable” after he summitted his 7th virgin peak in a 2012 expedition. After battling the rare Guillain–Barré syndrome, he returned to mountaineering, and since 1999, has led more than 15 expeditions, including the first all-Singapore ascent of Argentina's Aconcagua.
Ajeet Bajaj is the first Indian to have completed the Polar Trilogy comprising skiing to the North Pole, South Pole and across the Greenland Icecap.
He has been felicitated with the Hall Of Fame award for his contribution to the growth of adventure tourism in India by the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India.
In 2018, he and his daughter became the first Indian father-daughter duo to climb Mt. Everest.
He has also dedicatedly served as a leader of rafting expeditions on Indus, Zanskar, Yamuna, Zanskar, Mandakini, Bhagirathi and Alaknanda for the Indian Armed Forces
