Paloma Rao
About
Paloma Rao is a Chennai-based VJ, RJ, emcee, and actress. She began her career as a theatre artist and later went on to explore other paths.
She became a VJ on SS Music, and hosted the popular shows First Frame, Autograph and Just Connect. Paloma played a cameo role in a Tamil romantic film Unnale Unnale, which became a hit at the box-office.
Paloma also played the role of RJ on Chennai Live 104.8 FM, hosting the primetime evening show Live Café, as well as Style Files and Out and About, keeping Chennai updated on the latest happenings in the city.
She anchored the ‘Tamil Nadu Premier League’ in 2016 and the ‘ICC Champions Trophy’ in 2017. She also hosts shows for Star Sports.
Away from the screen Paloma loves hosting live stage events, and has hosted more than 400 live events and stage shows, both in India and Internationally.
