One of television's most favorite daughters-in-law, Prachi Desai rose to fame with her character ‘Bani’ from the serial ‘Kasam Se’. She even won several awards for her role including the ‘Indian Telly Award’ for ‘Best Actress in a Lead Role’. Besides being a terrific actress, Prachi is also a talented dancer. She performed in a music video, ‘Rihaee’ with Rohit Khandelwal which was released in 2021 and received immense appreciation. She even participated in the second season of ‘Jhalak Dikhlaja’ and went on to become the winner with some top notch dance performances.
She made her Bollywood debut in the 2008 film ‘Rock On!!’, her performance received critical praise and earned her a nomination for the ‘Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut’. Her other notable films include ‘Life Partner’, ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai’, ‘I, Me Aur Main’ and ‘Bol Bachchan’.
In 2022, she also played a role in Malayalam film ‘Forensic’, co-starring Vikrant Massey and Radhika Apte.
She is also spokesperson, brand ambassador and the face of Goa Tourism. She has also been part of brand endorsements for Neutrogena and Lux Lyra.
