Quite popular for her vibrant yet outspoken nature and wonderful storytelling, Priya Malik is a poet, writer, actor, columnist, and television personality whose work has been featured on some of India's biggest spoken word platforms such UnErase Poetry, Kommune and Tape A Tale.
She has been a part of Big Brother Australia season 11 in 2014 and Bigg Boss season 9 in 2015.
Priya has written poetry and performed for various brands including Malala Education Fund, Tinder, Alt Balaji, and Hindustan Unilever Limited.
She has hosted shows like Gangster ki Girlfriend for ABP News and Uncensored News With Priya Malik for TV9 Bharatvarsh in her poetic format.
She has also been covered in prime newspapers and magazines such as TOI, Grazia and Asian Age and has performed at various live events including Spoken Fest, Soul Stage, and SheThePeople.
Priya has acted in serials like Savitri Devi College & Hospital, Nazar, a short film ‘Sheer Qorma’, and a web series named ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’. She was also a part of an all-female theatre play Selfie and has been featured in television commercials for Swiggy, Olx, Imperial Blue, and LuxorNano.
Priya’s famous poetry performances include Right to Pleasure, Mujhe Pyaar Nahin Ishq Chahiye, 2019 Mein 1999, Broken But Beautiful, and Say it in Black & White Women’s day anthem which went viral with over 5 million views.
She has raised her voice for social awareness initiatives like Free the Nipple and the removal of tax on sanitary napkins.
