Armed with an MBA degree from XLRI, one of India’s premier institutes, Ram’s corporate career skyrocketed, and by the age of 34, he was the COO of a leading telecom company, with ambitions of becoming a global CEO of a Fortune 500 company before turning 45. However, life threw a curveball when he was diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disorder, leaving him nearly immobile for seven years.
Despite this debilitating condition, Ram’s indomitable spirit never wavered. He adopted the mantra "life is full of ups, and more ups," and with relentless grit, he recovered 90% of his strength, ready to embark on a new chapter of his life.
Transitioning from the corporate world, Ram reinvented himself as an author and motivational speaker. His debut book, ‘Oops The Mighty Gurgle’, a humorous sci-fi novel, was written using speech recognition software during his recovery.
