The woman behind Maggi’s ‘The 2-Minute Revolution’, Sangeeta Talwar is a seasoned business leader with a rich and illustrious career spanning over 30 years, marked by remarkable achievements and significant contributions across various sectors. She has an MBA from IIM Kolkata and an Economics Honours degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. Sangeeta serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several esteemed companies across diverse sectors such as FMCG, Fashion, Energy, Education, and Automobiles, leveraging her wealth of experience and expertise to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Sangeeta's career trajectory began with Nestle, where she played a pivotal role in crafting, launching, and establishing the iconic Maggi'’s ‘The 2 Minute Revolution’, the first instant food product in India. Her tenure at Nestle saw her ascend through the ranks, holding key positions such as Regional Sales Head, Vice President of Human Resources, and Marketing Director. She also served as a Strategic Advisor at Nestle's global headquarters in Switzerland, showcasing her strategic acumen on a global scale.

Transitioning to the role of CEO & Managing Director at Mattel India, Sangeeta demonstrated her leadership abilities by steering the world's largest Toy Company in India toward growth and success. Later, at Tata Tea Limited, she held the position of Executive Director and subsequently served as President-South Asia for the Tata Global Beverages Group. Under her leadership, Tata Tea witnessed unprecedented success, becoming the largest tea brand in India and gaining international acclaim for its innovative 'Jaago Re' campaign.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Sangeeta ventured into the social sector as the Managing Director of NDDB Dairy Services, where she spearheaded initiatives aimed at creating sustainable livelihoods for dairy farmers in rural India.
