Siddharth Das

Siddharth Das is the co-founder of Univ.AI, a cutting-edge AI consultancy established in collaboration with top academics and researchers from Harvard University and UCLA. Univ.AI stands at the forefront of AI innovation, helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence to achieve transformative results. Siddharth is also a visionary technology leader spearheading a stealth initiative aimed at revolutionizing affordable finance through the power of AI. 

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial ventures, Siddharth served as the founding co-CEO of Jio Financial Services (JFS), a company that has since been listed with a valuation of $20 billion. His tenure in fintech includes his role as the chief executive of Flipkart’s inaugural payments business, which played a pivotal role in Flipkart’s acquisition of PhonePe, now valued at $12 billion. 

Siddharth also co-founded and led HighMark, India’s premier Credit Bureau focused on providing credit to the underprivileged, which was later acquired by the Italian firm CRIF and renamed CRIF-HighMark.

Throughout his career, Siddharth has dedicated time to educating and guiding top corporate leaders in understanding and harnessing the potential of AI. He began his journey by engaging with the country's top CFOs in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. 

Siddharth's professional journey began in San Francisco, where he spent a decade as a tech and data leader. He started as a product manager for various tech companies and later became a global leader of Data Science Consulting for FICO, the company that pioneered credit scoring.

Academically, Siddharth holds a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he worked on genetic algorithms, an early precursor to modern AI. He also earned an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.
