Vaibhav Sisinty is an entrepreneur, educator, and the founder and CEO of GrowthSchool, an ed-tech platform focused on skill-based learning in areas such as AI, digital marketing, and growth strategies. His journey began early, at just 13, he conducted his first workshop on building robots from scratch for an audience of 150 engineering students. He went on to launch “Discovery Android,” which crossed one million page views, followed by “CrazyHeads,” a digital media company that worked with over 100 clients across the world.
His corporate experience includes key roles in major tech companies. At Uber, he was involved in launching new cities and shaping marketing strategies, contributing to rapid expansion in several regions, from 100 trips to 1 million trips per week. He later led India and the Middle East business for Klook, where the company’s revenue grew from $6 million to over $25 million USD within a year. After facing two layoffs, he founded GrowthSchool in September 2021, which has since raised $5 million from investors including Owl Ventures and Peak XV Partners.
As a speaker and content creator, Vaibhav shares insights on AI tools, digital marketing, and future technology, focusing on practical applications that professionals can immediately use. He has delivered 23 speeches and 43 workshops to more than 40,000 attendees, with sessions at companies like Google, Dell, University of Mumbai, Social Samosa, and VIT.
