Gauhar Khan, a model and actor, made her Bollywood debut with ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’ in 2009 and went on to win many awards, including the ‘Most Promising Newcomer’ at the Screen Awards and ‘Best Breakthrough Performance’ at the Stardust Awards.

She was also the anchor for the TV shows like ‘Page 3’ on Zoom TV and ‘India Top 10’ as well as ‘Hollywood4U’ on B4U channel. She has also acted in the action thriller film, ‘Game’, the revenge drama Ishaqzaade, the suspense thriller ‘Fever’, the romantic comedy ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ and the Indian period drama ‘Begum Jaan’.

Gauhar has also appeared in a few music videos, of which ‘Hawa Mein Udati Jaaye’ by Bombay Vikings became hugely popular. Along with her sister, Gauhar has done the reality show, ‘The Khan Sisters’ on UTV Bindass. She also participated in Colors T.V.'s stunt show ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5’.

She also appeared in the Indian version of the BBC series ‘The Office’ and many web series such as ‘Parchayee’, ‘Tandav’, ‘Bestseller’, and ‘Salt City’.

She was the winner of the popular TV reality show, ‘Bigg Boss’, 2014 on Colors TV and the first runner up on ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’, 2009 on Sony TV.  She won many awards, including the 'Most Promising Newcomer at the Screen Awards and 'Best Breakthrough Performance' at the Stardust Awards.

From entering showbiz almost 20 years ago through a beauty pageant to being one of the nation’s most popular reality stars, she is now set to make her Netflix debut as a host for India’s first reality dating show ‘IRL: In Real Love’.
