About
Ranjeet Rajwada, the youngest ghazal maestro in India who hails from Rajasthan and gained a lot of popularity from the show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Superstars’ in 2010 for his enthralling performances.
He embarked on his musical journey of Ghazals at a very tender age and was trained under the guidance of his father Shree Mahesh Rajwada.
At 23, Ranjeet Rajwada measures up to the likes of Ghulam Ali and Pankaj Udhas. He is a part of Forbes India's 30 Under 30 list.
His performances are ornamented with a tinge of nostalgia, and reminds the audiences of the stalwarts of the music industry like Ustad Ghulam Ali, Jagjit Singh, Mehdi Hassan Sahab and many more.
He also received the ‘President Award’ in 2005.
The young Ghazal maestro has also won the ‘Best Singer Award’ from the legendary musician AR Rahman and has also received ‘Radio’s Best award’ from Pt Ajay Chakravarty.
