About
Amit Sana, a singer, rose to popularity after winning the second position on the very first season of ‘Indian Idol’ on Sony TV in 2004.
He trained in Indian Classical music, under the guidance of Shri Bimalendu Mukherjee, at Khairagarh University - Asia’s first music university.
His music albums – ‘Yaaron’, ‘Yaadein’ & ‘Chal Diye’ have been well received by audiences.
He also participated in the reality show, ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar’ on Star Plus and is a big fan of the classical singer Ustad Rashid Khan.
He has performed at many live events & is especially noted for his unique style of mixing classical with other genres of music; from soft rock to contemporary.
