Karisma Kapoor is one of the ruling Bollywood actresses in the 90's era, who rose to prominence by starring in some of the biggest box office hits. With her super-hit movies and iconic songs, the actor has been winning our hearts for years. At 17 years of age, the actress made her Bollywood debut with ‘Prem Qaidi’ in 1991. She subsequently featured in films like ‘Anari’ (1993), ‘Coolie No. 1’ (1995), ‘Raja Hindustani’ (1996), ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’ (1997), ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ (1999), ‘Fiza’ (2000), and ‘Zubeidaa’ (2001).
Karisma made her web debut with Ekta Kapoor's ‘Mentalhood’ which released on ALTBalaji in 2020.
She was the first woman from the celebrated Kapoor family to have worked in films. Karisma began appearing on the silver screen in 1991 to date, with a total of over 60 movies to her credit.
