About
Krishna Beuraa, a playback singer, has sung songs in commercial Hindi and Odia cinema & best known for his hit song ‘Maula Mere’ from Chak De India, for which he also won the ‘Stardust Award’ for ‘Best Playback Singer’. He can sing in 22 languages.
He got his first break when he approached Sanjay Dutt & went on to sing in four of his films: ’Rudraksh’, ’Rakht’, ’Musafir’ and ‘Deewaar’.
He has also lent his voice for ‘Glamorous Ankhiyaan’ from ‘Ek Paheli Leela’, title track of ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, ‘Main Jahan Rahoon’ from ‘Namaste London’ and many more.
In 2008 he released his first solo pop album ’Ishq Gali Na Jaiyo’ with eight songs & in 2010, he collaborated with the popular Indian rock band Bandish for their second self-titled album.
He is known for taking a wide range of experiences and turning them into intricately woven pieces of music that appeal to all kinds of listeners. His music is all about touching the soul, freeing the spirit, and honouring every single emotion that is being felt.
