Diana Hayden, an international model and actress, won the ‘Femina Miss India’ title in 1997 and went on to win the prestigious ‘Miss World’ title the same year.
She studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, UK and the Drama Studio London. In 2001, she made her screen debut in the film version of Shakespeare's ’Othello’ in South Africa.
In 2002, she co-hosted Miss Europe 2002 in Lebanon and in 2006 she was signed by the Avalon Academy as the face of the Academy and a guest lecturer for airline personnel training programs.
She was a contestant on the popular TV reality show, ‘Bigg Boss’ 2008 on Colors TV.
After winning the title of Miss India, she went on to win ‘Miss Photogenic’, ‘Miss Beach-wear’ and 'Miss Asia Oceanic’ titles; an unprecedented ‘hat-trick’ at the event, which has never ever happened in the history of Miss World.
In 2012, she released her book called ’A Beautiful Guide’, an encyclopaedia on grooming, personality development and confidence building.
She actively supports an orphanage under Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, which deals with the police taking children from the streets and educating them.
She is involved with charities around the world and is especially focused on issues affecting women and children. She is also very committed to campaigning for Breast Cancer Awareness and HIV/AIDS education.
She is also a personal coach and philanthropist who has gained immense popularity in the industry.
