As the son of legendary Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan is a popular actor and movie producer who got his big break in Bollywood with the hit movie ‘Dhoom’ in 2004 and went on to star in many other successful films.

Over the years he has become famous for his versatility and the variety of films that he has been a part of, ranging from ‘Yuva’, ‘Sarkar’ and the highly acclaimed ‘Guru’.
He made his acting debut with the drama film ‘Refugee’ and won critical acclaim for his portrayal of a young goon in ‘Yuva’ in 2004 and also won the Filmfare award for the ‘Best Supporting Actor’ award for this role.
He turned film producer with R. Balki's National-Award winning comedy-drama, ‘Paa’, in which he played father to Amitabh Bachchan. Since then, he has produced several films through his production company, ‘Saraswati Entertainment’.

He has also starred in Anurag Kashyap's ‘Manmarziyaan’ alongside Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal and was praised for his nuanced performance and depth he brought to the character.

In 2020, he featured in T-Series and Anurag Basu Productions film titled ‘Ludo’, which was released on Netflix.
