We all remember the curiosity that Sunny Leone sparked with her appearance on the reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ Season 5 in 2011. An adult film star making her first screen appearance on an Indian reality show had created a buzz back then. However, Sunny’s journey from being an adult film star to a Bollywood celebrity is worth every applause.
Making good use of the attention she garnered through her stint in the show, Sunny made her Bollywood debut with the commercially successful film ‘Jism 2’, which left the audience quite impressed with her screen presence. Soon after she appeared in Ekta Kapoor’s horror sequel ‘Ragini MMS 2’. In April 2015, Leone appeared in Bobby Khan's musical thriller ‘Ek Paheli Leela’. Anurag Kashyap’s movie ‘Kennedy’ starring Sunny in the lead, was screened in midnight screening at the ‘Cannes Film Festival 2023’ where the film received a seven minute standing ovation from the audeince at the Grand Lumiere Theatre.
While she forayed into mainstream Indian cinema, Sunny used her sex appeal and dancing skills to star in several item songs in Bollywood. From ‘Baby Doll’ to ‘Laila Main Laila’, Sunny managed to set the screen on fire with her scintillating moves.
Besides her acting and dancing talent, Sunny is also an amazing host. She has hosted the Indian reality show ‘Splitsvilla’ Season 14. Sunny is also a published author, and her book, ‘Sweet Dreams’ a collection of 12 short stories was published digitally by Juggernaut Books through their mobile app. The e-book received much appreciation from critics

Sunny has made appearances at events such as the‘SEMA International Auto Salon’, ‘Extreme Autofest Pomona’ and ‘World Series of Poker’ in Las Vegas. She also served as a hostess at events in clubs like the ‘Mansion in Miami’ and the ‘Highlands in Hollywood’.
