Musician, composer and Bollywood singing sensation, Akhil Sachdeva has a unique style and soothing voice. Not only is he an enigmatic singer but he is best known for his stage antics and a vibrant live persona.
He started as the lead vocalist of the Delhi-based music band, Nasha and later, his Bollywood journey started with the song ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ from the movie ‘Kabir Singh’ that garnered a fantastic response worldwide.
Akhil garnered massive response with his medley ‘Humsafar - Madhaniya’ on MTV Unplugged Season 7 which became one of the most streamed songs from the season.
He was awarded the ‘Zee Cine Awards’ for the Best Playback Singer (Male) for ‘Humsafar’ and the ‘International Indian Film Academy Awards’ -’ Best Music Director’ for Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
He was awarded the ‘Star Screen Awards’ for the ‘Best Music Director’ and ‘International Indian Film Academy Award’ for the ‘Best Music Director’ for the movie‘Kabir Singh’.
