Hardevinder Singh Sandhu, better known by his stage name Harrdy Sandhu, rose to prominence with the song ‘Soch’ in 2012, which was later remade for Akshay Kumar’s movie ‘Airlift’ in 2016. The song won him several awards including ‘Most Romantic Ballad’ of the Year at Punjabi Music Awards.
A heartthrob of millions in Punjab, he initially wanted to be a cricketer but a fatal injury changed his destiny & he eventually found his true calling in music.
Known for his peppy tracks & romantic ballads, few of his other hits include ‘Joker’,‘Backbone’,‘Tequilla Shot’ ,‘Na Ja’, and ‘Naa Ji Naa’.
He made his Bollywood singing debut with ‘Ki Kariye Nachna’ from ‘Tum Bin 2’ in 2016. In 2018, he got another break with ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se’ where he sang the popular number ‘Little Little’.
In 2014, he made his acting debut in the Punjabi film ‘Yaaran Da Katchup’ and made his Bollywood debut as an actor with sports drama film '83’, in which he played the role of a bowler.
In 2021, he released his new single ‘Bijlee Bijlee’ which became an instant hit and its hook dance step became viral on Instagram.
Known for his boyish charm and energetic performances, he has become one of the most popular Punjabi singers in the industry
