About
Jasleen Royal, a singer, songwriter & music composer, with no formal training in music gained a lot of popularity when she qualified as one of the semi-finalists in the first season of ‘India’s Got Talent’ in 2009.
She can collectively play the guitar, mouth organ, flute, and tambourine while singing which has always helped her to outshine other singers and performers.
She made her Bollywood debut with the song ‘Preet’ for the film ‘Khoobsurat’. She first gained popularity when she qualified as one of the semifinalists in the first season of India's Got Talent in 2009.
Other songs by her include Din Shagna Da & Whats Up for ‘Phillauri’,‘Kidre Jawa’ for ‘Haraamkhor’, Love you Zindagi for ‘Dear Zindagi’, ‘Nachde Ne Saare’ for ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ & more.
She won an award for the Best Indie Song at the MTV Video Music Awards India 2013. She received this award for her debut song "Panchi Ho Jaava", composed & sung by her.
She has performed on a show for NDTV, ‘Our Girls, Our Pride’, along with Swanand Kirkire, hosted by Priyanka Chopra.
She also performed at the Femina Miss India Awards in 2014 and is capable of singing in Punjabi, Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Having made her mark through her signature melodies and distinct voice, Jasleen Royal is a great live performer who can mesmerize the audience with her breathtaking vocals and musical talent.
