Reetima Rakyen

Reetima Rakyan serves as Vice President of Franchise Operations for South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, she leads operations across key markets including Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bhutan.

Since joining Coca-Cola in 2013, she has held multiple leadership roles across marketing, customer development, incubation models, and alternate revenue streams, earning a reputation for navigating complex markets and building sustainable business systems.

Her journey began as Region Marketing Manager, acting as the link between Coca-Cola India and its company-owned bottling operations for South and Central India. Over the years, she has contributed to the company’s growth by leading regional initiatives, heading the national customer business, and driving innovation through pilot models in affordable beverage portfolios, spanning juices, enhanced hydration, and dairy.

Reetima later took on roles such as Director of National Key Accounts, Director of Alternate Revenue Channels, and Vice President for Customer and Alternate Revenue Streams. Each position added depth to her experience in sales strategy, channel management, and stakeholder alignment.

Her work has been supported by recognitions including a nomination to the Women in Leadership Program in Atlanta and the Business Unit President Award for Above & Beyond People Manager.

Before joining Coca-Cola, she worked at Marico, Citibank, and Pidilite. She holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a bachelor’s degree from Symbiosis College of Commerce.
